All of our fragrances are developed by Terre de Bougies and manufactured in Grasse, Provençal France, by master perfumers. They comply with European ( CLP CE N°1907/2006 & 1223/2009/CEE ) and French ( IFRA ) standards.
No scent in our catalog is tested on animals.
Olfactory notes
The top notes open with bergamot and cistus, offering a bright and resinous opening. Bergamot, with its sparkling and slightly bitter freshness, provides a clear and invigorating opening, while cistus, with its warm, amber nuances, introduces a complex depth from the outset.
At the heart of the fragrance, safranal (a main component of saffron), Moroccan cedar, and tonka beans blend to create a rich, woody middle note. Safranal offers a spicy and slightly floral touch, evoking the luxury of oriental spices. Robust and majestic Moroccan cedar adds a woody solidity, while tonka beans, with their suave, slightly vanilla notes, bring an enveloping softness.
The base notes are dominated by tobacco, oud, patchouli, and vanilla. The tobacco and oud create a deeply woody and smoky base, rich in character and intensity. Patchouli, with its dark, earthy undertones, enhances the fragrance’s complexity, and the warm, comforting vanilla provides a sweet, lingering finish that soothes and enriches the entire composition.
