A 100% natural fragrance from Grasse „Ornat Citrus Peel“ for your perfumed creations
The Ornat Natural Origin Perfumes collection was designed for creators wishing to develop candles or melts valued as 100% natural origin. Thanks to the certification provided, each fragrance can be used within the framework of COSMOS Natural and/or Organic certifications, an essential asset for those who aim to offer artisanal products that are both authentic and certifiable.
These fragrances, carefully formulated by our master perfumers in Grasse, are based on a rigorous selection of natural raw materials from the finest crops. Unlike classic fragrances, this range highlights a more refined olfactory palette, tighter accords and a uniquely rich sensory experience. The recommended dosage thus evolves towards 5 to 7% (compared to 7 to 10% previously), French excellence at the service of your creations of natural origin.
All our fragrances are developed by Terre de Bougies and manufactured in France, in Grasse. They comply with European ( CLP CE N°1907/2006 & 1223/2009/CEE ) and French ( IFRA ) standards, and are never tested on animals.
The ECOCERT label
In addition to COSMOS Natural and/or Organic certification, our Ornat fragrances are compatible with the „Natural-origin candles and home fragrances“ label awarded by ECOCERT. We do not provide a dedicated certificate for this label, but our fragrances meet its criteria.
This label applies specifically to candles and home fragrances. Internationally recognised, it lets you market natural or organic creations with official recognition.
Its requirements are strict: 100% of ingredients must be of natural origin, with no exception apart from alcohol denaturants. The formulation must therefore be fully transparent about the origin and quality of the raw materials.
It is a mark of credibility and trust for your customers, who know exactly what they are using in their home.
Olfactory notes
The top notes open with mandarin and orange. These citrus fruits provide a burst of juicy and energizing freshness, introducing the fragrance with fruity sweetness and a slight acidity, awakening the senses and capturing the essence of freshly picked fruits.
The heart of the fragrance is composed of petitgrain and orange blossom. Petitgrain, with its woody nuances and a hint of bitterness, brings a rich complexity that contrasts beautifully with the intoxicating, slightly floral sweetness of orange blossom, enriching the heart of the fragrance with aromatic depth.
Base notes of verbena and lemongrass provide a refreshing and clean finish. Verbena, known for its calming qualities and lemony scent, and lemongrass, with its crisp, herbaceous character, harmonize to prolong the fragrance’s freshness, leaving a lasting impression of cleanliness and vivacity.
Recommended dosage of our „Ornat Citrus Peel“ fragrance
To dose your creations, we advise you to start with 5 to 7%. This precise positioning will allow you to preserve the subtlety and olfactory richness specific to the Parfums ornat d’origine naturelle collection. Of course, each wax reacts differently: carry out your tests in order to adjust according to the desired result.
