All our fragrances are developed by Terre de Bougies and made in Grasse in Provence, France by master perfumers. They comply with European(CLP CE N°1907/2006 & 1223/2009/CEE) and French(IFRA) standards.
None of the fragrances in our catalogue have been tested on animals.
Olfactory notes
The top notes open with a robust blend of pine resin, cypress and larch wood. The pine resin lends a resinous, slightly sweet intensity reminiscent of dense, damp forests. Cypress offers fresh, slightly spicy nuances, while larch wood adds a touch of robustness and earthy warmth, setting up a powerful, woody opening.
At the heart of the fragrance, iris, cedarwood and myrrh form a sophisticated and rich central trio. The iris injects a powdery, delicately floral sweetness, contrasting with the vigour of the cedarwood, which brings a woody, resinous depth. Myrrh completes the heart with its warm, slightly smoky and bitter notes, adding a dimension of age and mystery.
The base reveals vanilla wood and white musk. The rich, sweet vanilla wood wraps the fragrance in an enveloping, gourmand sweetness, while the white musk provides a clean, subtle finish, reinforcing the fragrance’s sensuality and sophistication.
